Our car parks have a 38 family parking spaces that help make your trip a little easier with wider bays, making it easier to juggle the children and prams and/or pushchairs.
We'd recommend you use our Car Park 1 off of Garratt Lane. This is perfect for the cinema, restaurants, Waitrose and all the shops.
As part of our recent makeover we have improved our baby changing units to make you feel more comfortable. These are located on the upper level (above Waitrose) along the corridor between Five Guys and Prezzo.
Many of our restaurants also have baby changing units. Our Debenhams also have smaller toilets for children who are being toilet trained so that you can continue to teach them when out and about.
With plenty of choice as to where to eat, our restuarants and cafes have great kids menus and most of them can provide high chairs for the little ones. For more about our dining offer please click here.
There are bottle and food warming facilities available in the Debenhams restaurant (located on the top floor).

In addition to all our amazing family facilities, we have a new changing places toilet facility that includes adjustable equipment and hoist amongst other great new features to make life a bit easier.
We also work closely with the Family Information Service and their WAND card so our centre is a safe space for everyone. Our support for such schemes in the area enable our staff and retailers to offer any support you may need while out and about.
Our Entertainer has started to conduct a Quiet Hour every Saturday. This enables the shopping experience to be less daunting for some customers by turning off the music and loud demo products. This occurs for the first hour of trading every Saturday.
Our Cineworld also has some of their amazing new films available in Autistic Friendly versions. Some of the key features aree: lighting will be kept on during the screening, volume levels will be reduced, there will be no advertisements or trailers, seating will not be allocated. Screenings will be at 11am on the first Sunday of every month
