Should you require any assistance during your visit please do speak to one of our friendly staff members who roam the centre. They will be more than happy to answer any enquiry you have.

Wi-Fi

We've got free Wi-Fi available across the centre. Find it when you log onto the Internet using your smartphone.

Enjoy free Internet access at Southside time and time again – simply go to your Wi-Fi settings on your phone, select Southside_Guest, click ACCEPT and browse away.

We also offer charging spots under the seating areas around the centre, so you can plug in your devices and charge them up while you sit back and relax.

Family Facilities

Here at Southside, we want to make sure everyone has a great experience, which is why we offer a fantastic range of facilities for families. Our car parks have 38 family parking spaces, while you can find our baby changing units on the upper level (above Waitrose) along the corridor by Five Guys.

Accessibility

Accessibility is important to us at Southside which is why we have made sure that all areas of our centre are accessible to everyone.

All of our toilets can be found on the first floor. Alongside our accessible toilets, we have also upgraded one unit to include a changing places facility with all the necessary equipment, such as a hoist and adjustable sinks. We have also upgraded all of our accessible toilets to make them stoma-friendly.

First Aid

Should you require first aid assistance, our security staff are all first aid trained and will be able to help. We also have two Automated External Defibrillators (AED) on-site. One can be found close to the lifts next to Boots, and the other is located next to the escalator to the first floor.

Lost & Found

If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.

We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.

Secured Bike Parking

Southside offers secured bike parking at our Cycle Hub, in partnership with Spokesafe. Simply download the Spokesafe app and sign up for a membership that works for you to access the fully enclosed units located in Car Park 1.

Secured bike parking is also available at XO Bikes, situated off Garratt Lane. To access this service, simply download the HUDJO app, which enables cyclists to easily find and securely park within the premises of businesses, and check in your bike with XO Bikes team.

Click & Collect

Many of our shops and restaurants have click and collect services. Please note that the terms and conditions for click and collect vary between stores, including price and delivery times.

Some of the stores that offer this service are Accessorize, Boots, Claire's, Decathlon, EE, Holland & Barrett, JD Sports, John Lewis (at Waitrose), New Look, Next, O2, Office, Oliver Bonas, River Island, Robert Dyas, Snappy Snaps, The Entertainer, The Fragrance Shop, TK Maxx, Uniqlo, Vodafone, Waterstones and WHSmith.

Amazon Locker

Instead of waiting at home all day for a parcel, get your delivery set to our Amazon Lockers to pick up at your convenience.

The lockers are located on the ground floor, along the corridor to the side of Waitrose. Should you need assistance, one of our customer service team roaming the centre would be more than happy to show you the way.

Once your parcel is delivered to Amazon Locker, you'll receive an email with a unique pickup code. The code will also be available in the tracking information for your order.

When you arrive to collect your parcel, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.

All parcels delivered must be picked up within 3 days. If you're not able to collect your parcel within this timeframe, the parcel will be returned to Amazon and you will receive a refund.

InPost

Scan, pop in and go! Long queues, waiting in and missed deliveries are frustrations you can do without. InPost Lockers allow you to pick up and drop off parcels in seconds when it suits you. Picking up and dropping off parcels couldn't be easier with the InPost self-service lockers. Find the InPost lockers in WHSmith and on the first floor in the car park lobby, just next to Cineworld.

YEEP! Lockers

There are two YEEP! lockers at Southside, offering another quick and easy way to collect, send or return your parcels 24/7.

This community-based, eco-friendly parcel place is convenient, sustainable and offers you control over your deliveries and returns, helping to reduce traffic on our streets and reduce CO2 emissions with contactless smart lockers that work around you.

Find our YEEP! Lockers on the ground floor of Car Park 1 and near the entrance of Car Park 2.

Please note, these lockers will be in service very soon!

The Library of Things

The Library of Things is at Southside! Wandsworth locals now have the option to affordably rent items like carpet cleaners, games consoles, sewing machines and useful household items at a fraction of the price they would cost new.

This community-focused social enterprise offers a convenient place where you can borrow useful things you don’t need to use often for your home, projects and adventures, allowing everyone to access the items they need more affordably.

Cash Machines

Should you find yourself in need of some cash you can find cash machines at our banks. This includes Nationwide and Halifax (on Garratt Lane).

Photo Booths

There are two photo booths at Southside. You'll find both on the ground floor, with one next to Boots and the other located near to Waitrose, next to our Amazon Locker.
