We offer free wifi throughout the centre - simply log onto O2 Wifi when you are in the mall and surf away!
There's also free wifi in many of our stores and restaurants should you want to connect while inside. While most use their brand name, please do not hesitate to speak to staff if you are having problems getting onto the system.
Accessibility is important to us at Southside which is why we have made sure that all areas of our centre are accessible to everyone.

Click & Collect
Many of our shops and restaurants have a click and collect services. Please note that the terms and conditions for click and collect vary between stores, including price and delivery times.
Some of the stores that offer this service are: Accessorize, Argos, Boots, Carphone Warehouse, Claire's, Cotswold Outdoor, Debenhams, Decathlon, EE, Eurochange, Holland & Barrett, JD Sports, John Lewis (at Waitrose), Jones the Bootmaker, Mothercare, New Look, Next, O2, Office, Oliver Bonas, Paperchase, River Island, Robert Dyas, Snappy Snaps, The Entertainer, The Fragrance Shop, TK Maxx, Topshop (Topman can also be delivered here), Trespass, Uniqlo, Vodafone, Waterstones and WH Smith.
Instead of waiting at home all day for a parcel, get your delivery set to our Amazon Lockers to pick up at your convenience.
The lockers are located on the ground floor, along the corridor to the side of Waitrose. Should you need assistance, one of our customer service staff roaming the centre would be more than happy to show you the way.
Once your parcel is delivered to the Amazon Locker, you'll receive an email with a unique pickup code. The code will also be available in the tracking information for your order
When you arrive to collect your parcel, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.
All parcels delivered must be picked up within 3 days. If you're not able to collect your parcel within this timeframe, the parcel will be returned to Amazon and you will receive a refund.
Should you find yourself in need of some cash you can find a cash point next to the kiddie rides opposite Waterstones. Please feel reassured that there is no charge for any usage of this machine.
