Traditionally served after weddings to symbolise good fortune, we want our light airy pancakes to brighten up your day. Fuwa Fuwa means “fluffy fluffy” in Japanese and that is the feeling you’ll get when having our pancakes.

Originating from Japan, handcrafted soufflé pancakes are traditionally served at weddings and other celebrations. Fuwa Fuwa (Fluffy Fluffy) believes every day is a celebration – we want to celebrate the diversity of Wandsworth and share a little bit of Japanese culture with everyone. Each pancake is delicately balanced between a soufflé and a traditional pancake; a modern take on a classic is the perfect dessert to share with a vibrant and diverse community.
